After tremendous success in 2014, The Glow Winter Arts Festival returned for its second year in 2015. A variety of free and ticketed events were held across Stonnington including light projections on Greville Street, street parades, concerts and exhibitions.
A Festival highlight was Flicks ‘n’ Feasts, the pop-up cinema and night market collaboration project between Time Out Melbourne and Prahran Market. An open-air ice-skating rink saw the Cato Street Car Park (now Prahran Square) transformed beyond recognition into a winter wonderland. For those who enjoy a good laugh, the comedy events on offer look like they’ll be well worth checking out too. The Glow Comedy Club will be led by comedian and MC Justin Hamilton who will host a rotating line-up of leading Australian talent including Anne Edmonds, Dave Thornton, Michael Workman, Tommy Little, Michael Chamberlain and Cal Wilson.
